Brookline is a very popular neighborhood that is located just west outside of Boston. Brookline Village, Coolidge Corner and Chestnut Hill are among some of the common sub areas in Brookline. Coolidge Corner is home to countless cafes, shops and the popular Coolidge Corner Theater. Similarly, Brookline Village has even more of these types of retail establishments along Harvard Street. Chestnut Hill is home to some of the most extraordinary homes boasting large and in many cases historic homes. Additional points of interest in Brookline include The Larz Anderson Auto Museum, one of the oldest automobile museums in the country as well as The Country Club, commonly referred to as the golf club. This was the first country club in the country created solely for outdoor activities.
Conveniently located along the green line T, the real estate is replete with brick townhouses and brownstones that line Beacon Street and Commonwealth Avenue and an overall architecture that is an extension of what we often see downtown in Boston’s South End, Back Bay and Beacon Hill neighborhoods. Add quieter neighborhoods streets, single family Victorian homes surrounded by trees and you have what makes Brookline such a desirable place to live.
